The Confluence
The Confluence is a community-based fitness facility specializing in programming that gets us back to the roots of human movement - good healthy play. Rather than machines, mirrors and TVs, we supply professional trainers, engaging classes and a supportive environment to help you develop your body as an athlete regardless of your current level of conditioning.
The Rustic
The Rustic was founded in 1956 by Alphonse "Ace" Ruel. He owned and operated the Rustic with integrity until 1976 when he sold it to his second son Marcel who operated it until 1988. Since then, Mark P. Ruel, Ace's third son, and his wife Helen have been carrying out Ace's Rustic ideals...meat and potatoes at reasonable prices. Mark Ruel and the staff at Ace's Rustic Sports Bar are dedicated to providing a comfortable friendly atmosphere for both local Vermonters and Norwich students. This is a great place to come hang with your friends and grab a bite to eat or a libation. We look forward to seeing you. Thank you for your patronage.
